I believe that pictures are a creative expression to capture discrete moments in time. I think of them as paintings or expressions that can convey emotion invoke conversations, and provoke thought.. However,  instead of canvas and brushes, my work is created with light and manipulated in the digital domain. I love my work, and have worked documented everything from funerals to weddings. It is an honor to have the opportunity to capture the human spirit.

I use a photojournalistic approach in narrating your event. I feel that these create more natural images and expressions. With that in mind, I am not a formal studio/portrait photographer.  They have their place in event photography as well, and depending on your preferences, I may not be the right photographer for you. Choosing a photographer is a big decision and I will be more than happy to discuss your event at any time. 

Instead of the traditional photo albums, I offer 12-80 page personalized, hard cover graphic designed photo books. I do not believe in a cookie cutter approach in creating these stories. I will spend the time to personally pour over the images and design layouts specific to your event.
